FRSC & Guns: Hon Akin Alabi Set To Move A Bill Against “Section 19 of FRSC Act”

Federal Legislator representing Egbeda Ona-Ara Constituency in Oyo State, Hon Akin Alabi is set to move a bill to abolished the existing (Section 19 of FRSC Act) that encouraged the members of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to bear arms.

According to him, “it doesn’t make any sense” for FRSC to bear arms as it goes against the functionality of the corps.

Also, the successful Enterpreneur added that in a worse case scenario, a real police should be attached to the Corps team.
