#EndSARS: LASG Compensates Man Whose Mother Was Killed By Policemen With N10 million

The Lagos State Government, today, 19th of February, 2020, made a presentation of ten million naira (N10, 000, 000) to the family of Mr Adebayo Abayomi whose mother was killed by a police officer.

Recalls that a panel of inquiry was set up in the state to compensate the victims of police brutality and other human rights abuses after the #EndSARS protests.

LASG made the announcement in a statement obtained by Akewusolaf.

The statement read;

Presentation of a #10 million compensation by the Chairman, Lagos Judicial Panel, retired Justice Doris Okuwobi on behalf of the Lagos State Government to Mr. Adebayo Aboyomi whose mother was killed by policemen.
